2nd Renaud’s Ellenaud Freddie Mercury – 2 year old Blenheim dog who has an appealing compact overall outline, masculine head with a round eye, level topline and nice rear angulation, moved and showed happily.
3rd Gilbert’s Sweetbriar Mr Darce at Cavigil – 3 and a half year old Blenheim dog of a larger mould but of an attractive type, masculine head.

Child Handler Class A (3, 0A):

I was really impressed with all three of these young ladies with the kind and sympathetic way they handled their dogs today, in a breed which is difficult to handle especially when showing a dog who is not always your own.

1st Maggie Williamson – at only 9 years old this young lady really impressed with the way that she was able to listen to everything I asked her to do and perform it well and with confidence, very clean triangle and turns, and was aware of where I was at all times and was able to adjust her position accordingly. She was aware of how her dog was looking at all points and was able to pace herself accordingly and was able to stand him to show him at his best.
2nd Chloe Sidgwick – another 9 year old young lady who had the difficult job of showing a puppy who gave her a hard time today. She was able to really show him off on the table and did a good job of making him stand and showing me his teeth. She was able to move her dog at a sympathetic pace to show him off well on the move.
3rd Chloe Barrowclough – this young lady also made a good job of moving her dog around the ring well, although I felt she lacked the confidence of the other two handlers in this class she did make a good job of what she did, and shows lots of potential.
