I thank the Committee for asking me to Judge at this well run Show. What a super
venue and happy atmosphere. I had not judged in the UK for 6 years and now that
I live abroad for most of the year viewed with an open mind ! My Stewards were
excellent. I thought the standard was high with good dogs throughout.

Veteran (5 entries)
1st McMurray Merryoth Maeve 8 year old Tri of lovely size, kept a level topline on the move and went very well, good tan, feminine face.
2nd Claydon Ch Brymardon Moon River. Split hair decision with 1st. Lovely correct colour and markings on this Blen, silky coat, lovely outline and a true Champion.
3rd Pipkin Lillpin Mimosa for Ryanmil.
Vintage (3 Entries)
1st Claydon Rippleoak River
Dancer.Blen is profuse straight coat long ear feathering excellent presentation.
Moved very well indeed for an 11 year old both ways keeping a level topline.
Did not put a foot wrong. Best
Veteran in Show.
2nd Waddington Spindlepoint Kim Crawford. Another 11 year old Blen in profuse coat. Moved soundly but just lost her topline on the move. Happy showgirl really enjoying herself well presented and close up to 1st.
3rd Deans Clockpetters Guid Star.
Minor Puppy (12 Entries)
1st Carr-Tomlinson Ledesham
Katherine Wheel. A very good strong class. My best puppy in show who lost out
to the dog on maturity. Surperb compact Blen with sweet head expression black
pigmentation correct coat colour for one so
young large round eyes sound and with a future.
2nd Bubb Wandris Dancing Queen. Blen with lovely arched neck and shoulders good bone (lacking in some) and turn of stifle. Stood perfectly but "danced" a bit on the moved. My notes said "black black nose". A lovely bitch unlucky to meet 1st.
3rd Koster Harana Madonna.
Puppy (7 Entries)
1st Bayliss Castlewytch Painted Lady. Quality Blen small and compact lovely straight front with good bone kept a level topline on the move and drove well from her back end with correct tail set. Flat skull good pigmentation on eyes and coat colour.
2nd Moffat Maibe Callista. Sound with correct bone nice stifle and drove well from the rear Blen with spot good eye shape and colour long ear leathers very well presented and shown credit to owner breeder.
3rd Chapman Ellemich Exclamation.
Junior (14 Entries)
1st Rogerson Rabymar Paper Moon. Wonderful quality class headed by this Black and Tan with a long silky straight coat gleamed in the sun. In top condition well presented and showed to perfection. Straight front with level topline retained on the move. Correct tan nice expression happy showgirl which I kept in for the Challenge.
2nd Maclaine Lochbuie Taken as Red. So young (dog not owner) just out of puppy and acted as such would not settle. The head is perfection with a flat skull correct eyes ear set and expression. So sound with good shoulders ribcage bone and tail set lovely size and well proportioned. When settled looked great.
3rd Hogan Stavonga Silhoutte.
Yearling (12 Entries)
1st Koster Montcolly Dottie Harana. Blen with correct bone for her size well balanced with perfect head carriage on angled shoulders. Created superb outline. Old fashioned head with spot which appealed to me soft expression flat skull long well set ears. Great condition and colour of coat.
2nd Lymer & Scheidt Lymney Angelica. Unfortunately this dog would not settle so therefore difficult to judge. Would like to see her on a different day. Well broken Blen in fine condition. Lovely long coat very well presented. Dark eyes nice head.
3rd Crane Cranvarl Morning Glory
Novice (9 Entries)
1st Hall Tasset Mary Fourth in strong junior class. Richly coloured well broken Blen high set ears with long leathers and ear fringes dark eyes good neck and shoulders moved with drive.
2nd Bull Ladash Heather. Small well broken Tri with good tan in the right places good bone moved well lovely long typical tri ears dark pigmentation well presented.
3rd Renarrd Ellenaud Amazing Grace.
Graduate (10 Entries)
1st Rennard Deranmer Caitlin. 2 year old Blen which should hit the top when mature and fully coated. One of the best movers on the day. Superb shape with correct neck and shoulders so sound moved effortlessly around the ring nice feminine expression unfortunately looked immature in the Challenge. Good class.
2nd Whitfield Bevelmount Red Focus. Ruby in full coat of good colour and wonderful condition short coupled flat skull large eyes with dark pigmentation moved well and looked good going around Quality bitch which showed better in her later class which she won.
3rd Robinson Tusculana Domenica
Post Graduate (4 Entries)
1st Hughes Lorankas Pixie Another well presented dog from this kennel small short backed Blen a little short of coat today but what was there gleamed in the sun. Large round dark eyes. Moved well both ways and kept her topline.
2nd Fox Ricksbury Sitting
Pretty.
Blen with very long well placed ears nice head and expression moved well with
drive.
Limit (10 Entries)
1st Ackroyd-Gibson Torraylac
Perfect Passion J.W. One of the best classes I have ever judged. Every exhibit
was of top quality. I was delighted to give this bitch her first CC. Reserve
best in Show on the Referee's decision. Only young but on top form and with
a little more maturity I am sure will gain her crown. She is a richly coloured
well broken Blen with the best movement of the day going away. Correctly constructed
strong bone straight front lovely turn of stifle level topline which she kept
on the move showing her fine tailset. Soft expression with pleasing head and
good ear placement. A joy to go over.
2nd Mynott Honeybet Hot N'Sassy. Blen of lovely size and colour. Exceptional presentation the coat gleamed. Straight front with a good ribcage moved well both ways in a controlled manner keeping her topline. Sound feminine bitch with pretty head and well proportioned. Called her back in the Challenge but lost out as did others on maturity. A quality bitch.
3rd McMurrays Cinderlace Primrose at Merryoth
Special Open B/T (3 Entries)
1st Kosters Harana Cilla Black. Quality small Blen who moved well both ways keeping a fine head carriage and level topline Correct tan. Long silky coat which shone very good presentation.
2nd Bailey Aldoricka Holly Berry. Unliky to meet 1st nice size and outline. I thought she needed a little more weight and substance good head and expression. Moved around the ring well.
Special Open Ruby (4 Entries)
1st Whitfield Bevelmont Red Focus.
2nd in Graduate.
2nd Pipkin Ryanmill Magie Flute. Good head eyes and expression Rich colour flat coat with profuse feathering very happy showgirl.
3rd Bailey Ouzlewells Fenella Fudge at Aldoricka

1st Hughes Ch Lorankas Touching
Heaven J.W. A worthy Ch but needed more coat today to challenge for top honours.
This Blen has a very good outline with a straight level back. Short coupled
and compact. Good head
and ear placement making a feminine soft expression.
2nd Surman Cavaliegh Jaida with Vallender. Close to 1st well broken coat in good condition and dark colour. Correct tail set showing a lovely outline with correct shoulders. Fine head with good nose and eye pigmentation and round eyes presented and shown really well. Quality bitch.
3rd Kewin Chantismere Constance.
Special Open Tri (3 Entries)
1st Rees Tusculana Carmella. Super Tri with a long silky coat and feathering lots of tan went really well showing off her level topline. Sorry limited notes on the dog and also on the 2nd in Class due to rain smudges.
2nd Engel Angels Pride Love Devine. I do apologise as I can only make out short backed dark pigmentation. Very well presented.
3rd Phillips Tulymist Sheer Innocence.
Breeders Bitch (3 Entries)
1st Ireland Charnell Montage. Quality small and compact Blen both full long coat of correct colour, lovely head showing off large round eyes and super nose pigmentation. Straight front and good shoulders. Moved well but in the Challenge flew her tail when we had to go in the tent.
2. Waddington Spindlepoint Babich JW. Another Blen with lovely large eyes. Mature, great front and bone which allowed her to move well and freely showing a level topline. Moved around the ring without effort and close to 1st.
Open Bitch (5 Entries)
1st Hughes Ch Lorankas Sherrie Baby JW. Could not be denied the Res CC. A legend and I cannot really add to what has been written on her. Pleased to be able to go over her and was not disappointed. My CC Winner just got the nod. Quality and a credit to her owner breeder.
2nd Chapman Ch Ellemich Aurora JW. Blen of real quality good head and expression helped by a flat skull and large round eyes. Moved well up and down. Well presented and handled just a little out of coat today. A worthy Champion.
3rd Mynotts Honeybet Hot
