Judge: Mr. Peter Gustafsson (Vouges)

First of all, I would like to thank the Committee for inviting me. It was an honour to judge the Special Award Classes at the Club’s 50th Anniversary show in 2019 and to be invited back this year to judge the Open show was a dream come true. I also want to thank Norma Inglis and Mary Constable my two clever ring stewards for their professional help in the ring in making everything run smoothly. And of course, to the exhibitors for giving me such a great entry with some really lovely Cavaliers to go over. Last but not least, thanks also to our driver Gordon Inglis for getting us there safely and in time and afterwards introducing us to a Northern specialty – fish and chips at The Wetherby Whaler. It is always a pleasure to come over to your beautiful country where I find a friendly atmosphere and great sportsmanship.

Cavaliers are currently going through a storm worldwide but if there is one country that can glide through the storm and end up safely on the other side – it’s you, the motherland. Keep up the good work with our beautiful breed.
